Q/A ☕️
What is your favorite item in your workspace?
My monitor at the moment. Ha! After working on a 13" screen for so long, it was nice to have so much more visual room to work with. I think it increased my workflow significantly once I got this space set up for myself.
How do you spark creativity?
Friends, my community and just constantly exploring what is happening in the creative space and beyond that. It's been a wild two years and I feel like it has challenged brands, people and businesses to think differently about how they are connecting with others. But there is also just so much new thinking happening and it is more accessible than before and easier to join in that conversation, soak it up and learn from it. It is pretty exciting and, at times, overwhelming. But I love what it sparks in me and how it challenges me to think differently.
How do you keep the work-life balance?
Having a dedicated space has really helped with this. I can step away from my work and detach a little better than when I was just working in my living room. It has also really helped to just plan out my day in the morning before my daughter gets up. It's important to me that my family gets focused time from me but I also make sure to carve out time for myself as well so I can get a workout in. I also work at a company that really respects and finds that balance important.

Have a minute for feedback?
I’ve been helping the team at Heyday out with content-related projects for the last few months and their browser extension has made publishing Workspaces SO much easier.
The team is planning to launch out of beta on Product Hunt in a couple of weeks, so I’d absolutely love for you to try their product and share feedback so we can help them make their launch a success!
